She had worked tirelessly last term, emerging as the winner of the Professors duels among herself, Rose and Gaston. While the result had left her surprised, she was immensely pleased that her efforts had paid off.

Today, being paired with Cami, she knew she was going to have quite a challenge. It was something she was looking forward to. "Sister/ cousin,'' Kay said, smile in place and bowing at the same time. She straightened up, waiting for the first move.

Ah, the spell that made one's feet move uncontrollably. Kay quickly ducked that one but did not hesitate on sending a spell back- The Bat Bogey Hex.
