Moving away from the head of the line, Jessa went back to the fire. She would be needing another dagger to take a second crack at it and naturally she felt she needed to after earning Slytherin those points the way she just did. They may not have been leading the point board but that wasn't the point.
It was a feat in itself but the Ravenclaw tried her hardest not to be distracted by those who were still lined up and throwing their daggers--whoa that last one was a good one.
Dammit, focus Jessa!
She watched the smoke, conditioning her mind to imagine it forming the dagger as she had done earlier. Getting it right just now, she felt she could ride on the momentum and get it right a second time.
"Fumus Lamina!"
The Ravenclaw watched her dagger come in to focus, holding her breath as she reached for it. Nothing would be able to compare to the disappointment she would feel if it was fused to the sheath again. When she felt she was fully prepared, she pulled the blade and sighed deeply in relief at the fact it was a separate entity. She'd done the spell right a second time!!!!
