He took her hand finally, placing his free one on her shoulder and slowed dance as the intro to the song began.
As the tempo changed, he nudged Maesi towards a more tango in their step. He conjured a rose for her to bite on and continued dancing. "It's gonna take a superman to sweep me off my feeeeet..."
A moment of silence for the giant gingerbread man who gave his life so that Shrek could save Fiona.
"Quick, dip me and try to kiss me." He waited until the right moment to take the rose into his mouth to block her kiss just like Fiona gave Charming the nO THanKS.
