This was a duel Rula was very excited for. Rooney was an opponent she always looked forward to facing in dueling - though she didn't get the chance last term, but for very understandable reasons considering what had happened. She was just glad that everything had turned out okay in the end. And glad to see his name on the dueling list this term. Their final term at Hogwarts.
Merlin...that was kinda sad, actually. It was moments like these that made her a little sad remembering it was her last year at this school. She'd gotten so used to being in the dueling club, having someone as a consistent dueling partner each term, improving her spellwork...
Well, maybe they could still have a few friendly duels after graduation! Dueling for fun didn't have to be limited to just school, did it? Of course not!
She'd suggest the idea after the duel though. It was time to focus on this one first.
Once she'd entered the dueling area and it was time to start, she grinned at him. "Good luck, Mr. Head Boy." He was going to need it since she wouldn't go easy on him. Hehe.
Okay, maybe a little bit easy just to start off with, because after she bowed and took the required number of steps, she cast a quick "Avis!" and "Oppugno!", sending a few conjured birds toward him.
