Well... it didn't exactly make her feel any better that that people hadn't been supporting her... but the people that COUNTED had, right? The Gryffindor nodded absently as Roo spoke. He was right.. right?

AND NOW SHE WAS BLIND!!! AN eruption of giggles left her as she reached in front of her blindly. What would she have done without the Head Boy?! He was seriously making her rage ebb as hr continued his antics... which she figured was the point of all of this.

He was DEFINITELY a gem, he was.

Her eyes saw the point where Levi portkeyed in and she gasped. MAN. She remained seated though as his greeting... wasn't all that spectacular. She'd chalk it up to shock.

When he spoke her name she gave him a nod and LOOK that said she'd find him in and moment.

But Rooney's next comment brought her back to him. THIS BOY. He knew exactly what to say. "Cas wouldn't mind if it's you. Besides... I have to be better than the rest. I'm a Gryffindor, after all. "

And as soon as the grin formed on her face it left... not only had Brent shown up seemingly unbothered... but some of her housemates bipassed her as though she didn't exist. Okay cool.

It was clear the support was anywhere but with her. And while she adored Rooney for her support... she couldn't stop from getting up abruptly. "Excuse me, Rooney. I have to... go to the loo, " she said quickly, tears gleaming in her eyes. And just like that she was off to said loo, hand over her eyes to shield them from others seeing.

This was all a mess and she just needed a moment alone.
