Kyle was completely nonplussed by the man's sudden appearance, and the transformation of the No-Maj, and was already thinking back to the Homenum Revelio spell he had cast. Surely... it hadn't been tricked by a bewitched dummy? Surely it hadn't somehow failed to pick up on a Disillusioned human being who had been right there.

Kyle just sort of stood there as the man congratulated him, a little stunned in his confusion and taking a moment to really process that he had managed to successfully complete the task. Seeing that he was being handed something, Kyle reached out to take it, already opening his mouth to grill the apparent Ministry official on exactly how his spell had been tricked. But he realised, all too late, that what he was about to touch was a portkey, and before he had the chance to say anything, there came the unpleasant jerking sensation around about his navel, and the portkey had whisked him away.
