"Part of the reason why theres this seeming scarcity of resources isnt just because its being mishandled or abused, but also greedy people just claim everything for themselves for the sake of saying its theirs. So whatever paltry resource is left for everybody else and they struggle over that. And then all the bad behaviors arise due to that struggle. Its a vicious cycle."
