Melbourne was pleased when she saw Professor Marchand ridding Olivia of the hot butter. This was good, really, she didn’t want to see her classmate end up looking like a sizzling brisket no sireeee. Nope.

Still her feet moved slowly as she walked over to the Professor and gave him a small wary expression. ”I’m sorry about this Professor Marchand – its not your fault,” she spoke before adding, ”could you help with this?...its a bit…sizzly?” she explained as she could still smell the hairs on the back of her hand burning away as the hot butter touched them.

Next time she did this spell she was going to try reaaaaaaaally hard not to do something wrong and to make sure that no one got covered in sizzling butter. Still, this was definitely something she was going to use when she working at Alicia’s again in the summer before seventh year…hello who wouldn’t want treats that tasted ten bazillion times better because of magic?
