Lovely™ | Captain Hurted | Ariana's Bane | Resident Antagonist | Unparalleled Delight Working backwards through this task was absolutely definitely the best way Abey could think to do it. Creativity! Improvisation! STARS AND THINGS!
Having closed his eyes for the job, Abey had used a paintbrush to carefully and randomly dab over the black paper, until he had six stars ready to be joined up.
Oh, uh... five stars, actually; once he had opened his eyes, Abey noticed that the sixth had managed to miss the paper entirely and now decorated the desk insted. WHOOPS. Well... at least it was silver and therefore pretty and therefore an improvement. Abey decided to let it live, and instead focused on his constellation, wondering how best to join up the stars.
Uhhhh... okay, so maybe this part was a little more difficult than he had been expecting.
WAIT NO! This was perfect; he had two stars close to the top of his paper, one lower down in the middle, and two at the bottom. Perfect for an HOURGLASS SHAPE. Or, no, to be EXTRA fancy, it could be a TIMETURNER. Abey had always wanted a timeturner.
Being extra careful to use a thin line, so the actual 'star' splodges wouldn't be covered up and totally hidden, Abey made his hourglass/timeturner shape before setting his painbrush to one side.
Beautiful! Now... okay, so a myth? A name? Uhhhhh. Okay, name was easy, and also technically as Abey had no plans to write a fake myth down, he could techically skip thinking one up at all, but it DID sound sort of fun, and there was already a story forming in his head actually about someone using a timeturner to go back and stop things from happening or make things happen that ultimately actually caused GREAT BIG GIANT PROBLEMS when they went back like that everyone he knew before didn't know him anymore and he was all alone and sad and stuff until the gods (OOH, OR MAYBE MERLIN) took pity on him and changed things back to how they were before but took his timeturner and threw it into the sky where it became a constellation, and that constellation would be a reminder not to mess with time.
Yes. Perfect. Good.
But staying in Abey's brain, actually.
Though he did write his own name on his paper (sort of), and also a name for the constellation too, in the same silver paint he had been using earlier. 'A.B.
The Remindur'
Aaaaaand done. Sort of.
