Before the Professor had even completed her thought, Olivia already knew what she wanted to do for this assignment. Something symbolic to her and one she loved very much. Forbidden love. Mmmhm. Scandalous!

A Mermaid, to represent The Little Mermaid...but her tale would be much different in comparison to the happy-go-lucky story of Ariel and her father, King Triton. Nah, that happy stuff wasn't true to the nature of myths. Literally, every stories she'd ever read had been plagued with death and destruction. Murders, adultery... The Gods and Goddesses were messy people. So messy. Messier than teenagers, to be quite honest. But her story wouldn't be about a teenager. That was TOO Disney cliche for her at the current moment. Besides, she could do better than that.

Putting her head down, Olivia was silent for ages after; working on her own constellation and trying to figure out the logistics and technical information. Many of the specifics had been taken from her book and other star systems found there. Ahem, but that wasn't cheating. It was simply going from example. Liv worked best with an example. Yes, but who didn't? After she'd hammered out the specs, she got to working on a small visual aid. Others might have been fed up with artistry in this class, but the blonde Gryffindor found she didn't mind it at all. In fact, she thought an added depiction gave her overall project a little something extra.

Merlin, and people knew how extra she could be. Not sorry, really.
