Oh. They'd be making constellations. Oh. The Ravenclaw glanced up at the twinkling night sky through the wide windows of the Astronomy tower, unable to shake the thought that it'd been a waste having a night class only to spend in staring at a black sheet of paper and a bunch of art equipment.

She'd thought that at the very least they would spend the night finding constellations or staring into the vast openness of space looking for galaxies far far away. That wasn't the case.

Perhaps next time. Who knew, maybe they'd get to pull out there telescopes--or learn one of those cool spells that help you see space better or...or....well the possibilities were endless she supposed. For such a heavily theory based lesson, it also had the potential to be practical and that was the best for her. Jessa thrived in environments where she could get a real hands on approach--like if they'd made their own constellations with different compounds and gases or something along those lines.

Using glitter and pens and paper could hardly compare once the idea was in her head but she needed to get to work. Jessa collected a few supplies and headed back to her seat.

Her own constellation with its own myth and such. Hmmmmm.....

Jessa made a few white dots, one there...another over there....at first, she didn't really know what she was making but the more dots she added was the clearer the picture became. She connected the dots, being sure they at least looked like something when together before turning to begin her paragraph.

SPOILER!!: Constellation
Constellation name: The Spiral

Shape: Inward spiraling figure

Myth:
The king of this very well known kingdom had a daughter who was curious about everything and asked questions liberally. One day she met a powerful wizard who told her he could grant her the power to find out absolutely anything she wanted to know in the entire world. Naturally she took this deal, looking forward to all the great discoveries. Everything went well at first, and she found herself fulfilled by all her studies. Eventually, however, her studies consumed her. Deeper and deeper she fell into her studies until others started to wonder where she was. For days on end she would go missing. A day came where not even a trace of the princess could be found. The king sent many knights in search of her, searching high and low in the kingdom. Years later, they found the princess at the bottom of a chasm she'd fallen into while in the middle of one of her studies. The king was both livid and relieved and made her promise to never go off on the deep end like that again. As a reminder, he arranged a set of stars in the sky in the shape of a spiral, a reminder to her and everyone else not to fall into the spiral of knowledge and discovery again but to use moderation in all things.
