It was the green question, the easiest she'd come here to discuss. Only time would tell about the others. "Right! Yes! To see if the larger size and the increased feedings would spur it's body into naturally continuing the pattern. Kinda like.....jump starting it and seeing if it'll keep at it." But the results were inconclusive. She hadn't had nearly enough time with Einstein before he was released back into the Greenhouse. She wondered how the little guy was doing now. She'd have to try finding him again to say hello. There was no mistaking the way her face lit up at the mention of fwoopers. Ever since she'd first seen one that day in Diagon Alley three years ago, they had become one of the girl's ultimate fascinations. "I'd like to have one of those one day." How amazing would...that...be....
er......
.....Creature loving Professor say what now?
Jessa blinked a few times, trying to process what the Professor's proposition was really saying. He'd like to know all her experiments? He wanted to choose which she continued? Huh. For several reasons the girl could only stare at the outstretched hand, not offering her own as she'd just done on the matter of points. The hesitation was almost palpable as Jessa tried to find the right words. "I'm not entirely sure that's a good idea Professor." She finally admitted. "I don't think I mind you supervising the creature related experiments but I don't suspect you'd be keen on most of the others. They span a wide variety of aspects of life." So no, she couldn't agree to him seeing and supervising them all. He would thank her if he understood. Tristan nodded listening to her. It was very intriguing that was for sure. He was definitely amazed at how this young Ravenclaw's mind worked. Rubbing his chin he commented, "Very interesting." He may let her continue that experiment...though he wasn't sure about the engorging part. He smiled at how excited she was at just hearing the word Fwooper. They were really interesting creatures, that was for sure. "Well, maybe one day you will have one." He said with a wink.
Whoops. He wasn't as specific as he should have been. "No, no! I mean just the ones involving animals. Sorry, for not being more specific there." Though he was curious to see her other experiments. "Though it might be a good idea to have some supervision on the others...," Just a thought for her to mull over. He just wanted to make sure she was being safe and didn't get hurt. ------------------- Different Timeline ------------------- Quote:

And well... like she had already thought about this matter... if she deemed him trustworthy she would ask permission to house her baby in the barn at school. Only if she could provide all of the things she needed from home. Mhm.
Pulling her scarf a bit tighter around her neck and squinting up at the roof she paused to admire the Professor's bird. Such a beautiful and majestic thing it was. Ugh. She wished to one day gain the trust and respect of such an amazing creature. But for now... she had some work to do.
Stepping up to the door the Gryffindor knocked a few times and then stood back, smiling up. Maybe she would get lucky and he would sing for her! Tristan had just taken the first sip of his tea with a knock came at the door. Sighing a little, he stood up, mug in hand and headed towards the door, seeing young Dora just outside. He pushed the door open, and with a smile, "Hello, Dora!" He walked out side of his hut, letting the door shut behind him.
He moved over towards the lawn chairs on the porch and put his hand out, indicating she have a seat. He whistled a little tune and Ash came swooping down to rest on the perch just a few feet away from them. "How may I help you?" He asked with a grin.
