Eddie barely looked up at the board when the professor started talking. He really wasn't all that interested and he wasn't sure why his mother made him take this class. Looking at the professor, who clearly couldn't see him even though he thought he was sitting right out in the open, was going on and on about something. He hadn't really paid enough attention to even try to figure out what she was saying.

Looking back down at his book inside his book he flipped the page and read the same sentence he had read for weeks, maybe even months again.
