As for the next question Felicity frowned, spending a few more moments colouring in before raising her head to answer. "It's... I mean, I still am getting used to it," she said with a wry smile. A few months. It was a long time, but still not long enough.
Rayna swept a couple loose strands of hair away from her eyes and looked at Felicity,
"So it isn't a weird name?" Her voice sounded dead serious. She'd always thought it was. Never had she ever heard of another girl with the same name.
"Makes it hard to get souvenir key-chains. I know that much." Or anything for that matter. She made a soft noise, possible a tiny snort of laughter.
At least she knew now that not every student took it like a fish to water. The girl bit her lip again, almost to the point of breaking the skin.
"I thought-" She stopped briefly and realized that she'd messed up her color patterns. Rayna let out a low, frustrated growl and erased her off-colored shapes, and started to try again.
"I thought I'd..." She wrinkled her forehead and rubbed her eyes,
"I thought I'd be handling it better. The being away from home thing." How had her brothers made it sound so easy? It was like they couldn't
wait to get back to school!
