Still just proud of herself for both managing to hover and also proving that she was a good friend because she’d waited for Emmeline to succeed too, Stasya had stayed quiet all during the discussion about Creaothceann. Actually, it had more just been because she hadn’t really heard about it, but she’d been distracted too. She’d wanted to fly again, even if it was more hovering, but instead she’d stayed on the ground, listening as she just kept hearing all sorts of bad things and getting herself all sorts of worked up over the idea they would be playing it. Because she really didn’t want to die the first time she’d ever managed to fly, and it really seemed like Mr. Baldvinsson was planning on them playing. She couldn’t ignore the presence of the cauldrons after all.

But then it was established that there weren’t any rocks involved and she’d relaxed a little. Only a little, but enough that she’d given Emmeline a smile when she had brought a cauldron over for her. She’d managed to strap it onto her head, a little awkwardly even though it had been made lightweight just because size, and mounted her broom again even as she heard Liv answer the question her friend had asked. Single out the red ones. She could try to do that. Mhm. Awkward nod.

She pushed off and hovered for a moment before leaning forward and nearly zooming forward faster than she’d wanted. She was trying to find the red balls, but first she had to control her flight. And keep the cauldron strapped onto her head, which was proving hard to balance. It was easier to just close her eyes and hope that any balls landed in her cauldron. Preferably red ones but the main part was she didn’t want to fail. Not now that she’d managed to fly.
