Ezra was trying to say hi to all of his classmates who wandered over - but some of them, like Will, were there one second and gone the next. Same with some of the Hogwarts students. Likely going to mingle with some other houses. So instead they just got a little wave goodbye as they departed. They had all year to get acquainted after all!
"Hey Maddox!" he called to the OTHER Maddox who had shown up at the table. Melon? Weird nickname. Ezra chuckled and shook his head. "Nah, haven't seen anyone by that name," he spoke up. Although, it was very possible he HAD seen her in the crowd but not noticed. There were SOOOO many people around here, it was hard to keep track.
As long as they didn't get in trouble, Ezra could care less how loud they got, and Khaili was getting louder with each song. It was fun to watch though. When Happy came on, he had to admit...he started tapping his foot a bit. It was such an old song but damn was it CATCHY.
But he was NOT getting him dancing or singing any time soon. NOPE. He'd die before he started dancing and even though, he was going to be sure he came back as a ghost to stop any embarrassment that might befall his old body.
OOOOOH LOOOOK! One of his fellow Pukwudgies! Ezra stood up and grinned, waving her over. "Hey Irene!" he called. Out of all the Ilvermorny kids, Ezra was definitely most comfortable -and talkative - around those from his own house. Especially Irene cause she was pretty but also nice and her friend Aurora was also hotttttt.
Ezra noticed another girl coming nearby (Watson) - a quiet one, like himself, so he instantly felt for her - and she looked like she ran in to someone. It was hard to tell amongst the crowd. "You ok there?" he asked her with a smile.
"Seems that way, yeah," Ezra said with a grin to Louise as she came over to join them. For some reason, he thought the older girl might turn up her nose at all the noise - but no, she was going to join them! WOO HOOOO! She was by far one of the like, most mature, responsible students out of all of them, so if they had her approval, things would be ok.
His thoughts were rudely interrupted though when FLYING BREAD ROLLS hit him in a face! He blinked and then turned, chuckling when he saw a girl (Daisy) wearing green robes talking to him. A PRETTY girl. ALL the Hogwarts girls were turning out to be super pretty, this wasn't fair..."Um, yeah, pretty much. They're showing off JUSTTT a bit though," he assured her. Key words - a BIT. This was still pretty much their normal selves. "And thanks, I'm Ezra," he added when she welcomed him to the school. This was good, he had the impression that some of the Hogwarts kids didn't want them there...
Oh hey! Kathleen had joined the party as well! Ezra grinned at his fellow Pukwudgie and shrugged. "No idea - hopefully somewhere FUN though. Not like the dungeons. Can you believe they make some of their students sleep in the DUNGEONS?" he asked her with a whisper, raising an eyebrow. That was totally barbaric! But at the same time...maybe they liked it down there? No one seemed to be complaining all that much about it.
ANNNND ANOTHER pretty Hogwarts girl. Ezra shot a grin at the girl who introduced herself as Charlotte. "Nice to meet you! And thanks for having us - although I guess you guys didn't get a say in it," he chuckled. He was slowly starting to ease up a bit here. It just took him a moment...it was hard NOT to feel more relaxed after all this music and shouting and all around FUNNNNN.
