everyone. ✿ i ain't sorry.mp3 | i don't know her.gif ✿ Khalil couldn't believe the audacity of the Lion Den host aka Tenacius. "Okay, Tenacius, you need to relax man, Hawthorne and I go back. Wayyy back. Like four flat tires." He wouldn't let anyone come between him and Baegina, he really wouldn't. More people had started filtering in and Khalil gave them all friendly smiles and head nods. "Ukulele? Didn't know you played." Huh. Learned something new every day, it seemed. His green eyes landed on a clumsy girl who was falling all over the place, and as he continued to eat he shook his head at her. Poor thing. And then Tenacius was being audacious again so Khalil stared, wide eyed, for a brief moment before changing the song back to Despactio. So, naturally, Khalil got loud because why not? "AY MAN WHAT ARE YOU DOIN????? Don't be rude, man, let the anthem ride out some more." The nerve of some people.
And as chance would have it, he looked up just in time to see a very familiar seventh year making her way over to the Lion's Den. NIce. "Louise Hamilton," he drawled, watching as she sauntered over to them, "I feel so blessed right now." The sixth year placed a hand over his heart and grinned cheekily at her. Now that was a girl Khalil wouldn't mind getting extra friendly with. And where there was Louise, there was Weslyn. Double nice. Another girl was introducing herself (Ava) so Khalil raised his brows her way and smiled again.
Kathleen was being her usual boisterious self - meaning she was being painfully Kathleen, but Khalil dug her vibe a lot - and he didn't say anything as she rambled to the others. "Kathleen, be cool, girl," he reminded her gently; he could feel the daggers she was probably mentally sending Dalia. They were unwarranted. Saint Khalil strikes again. "Eyebrow-girl, you have no idea what kind of can of worms you're tryna open up," he warned, gently of course, and took a swig of that weird pumpkin juice. Nasty. With Sam's arrival, Khalil motioned him over and made finger guns with his hands in response to Sam's shades. #USA
Because Anthem number 3 was so good, Khalil had almost missed another person who'd came to the Lion's Den. "Nah, bruh, let him dance." His dark brows furrowed and he frowned a little, wanting the new boy to not ruin the fun. Poncho Man's dancing was dangerously entertaining. "Ay, Professor Poncho," he called out loudly and turned the volume up on his wizard radio (as high as it could go), "show us them moves again. They're great," he added, his tone was every bit as sincere as it was devious. But he did think Poncho Man was certifiably authentic. More than he can say about the lame Hogwarts students. "If everyone is as nice as you," he said to Charlotte, "then we'll definitely have an amazing time." |
