 SUMMER FOREVER
Etta couldn't believe it. THIS was their main activity? To fly with the phoenix? She jumped out of her seat excitedly and waited, watching a couple of students do the activity. Wow.. she stared in awe at the bird, admiring it's strength and power. She sighed once again.. when finally she DID get the chance to fly. Woot.
She approached the bird slowly, a wide grin on her face. This was so exciting! "Hi there, Ash. How are you?" She wanted to stroke her feathers but she wasn't sure if that was allowed so instead held on the tail feathers, not very tightly, she didn't want it to be painful or something.
But then, without wasting any time, Ash took flight with an excited Prefect holding on to him. It was one of the loveliest experiences and she enjoyed it profusely. The bird whisked her down the length of the barn before bringing her back. She carefully landed on the airbag and juuust sat there for a little bit because it was so comfortable ahem. She pulled herself up on her feet soon and made her way back to her seat, wondering if Ash would be kind enough to give her another ride.
