Mrs. Alex Turner *asterisks user* Secret Door

Suddenly there were Professors arriving seemingly every second, which only strengthened her suspicious that this little meeting had something to do with the American guests. Unconsciously, she both bounced a little on the spot and flexed her left hand. However exciting the idea of having new people around Hogwarts was, the reason why they were here still didn't sit particularly well with her. Hogwarts could be troublesome enough without throwing a competition, which could be dangerous for all she knew, into the mix. But the adults surely had a reason for it. That actually wasn't that reassuring.

She looked sideways at Levi and nodded when he seemed to have realised what she had meant before and was about to look back towards the sky when the Slytherin Prefect arrived. "Hey Oliver." She nodded politely, sending a small smile in his direction. She might had never talked much to him, but sharing a common room and classes for six years meant it was kind of hard not to recognise his face. He was Prefect now, too, how could she not know his name?

She was still disappointed Azzo hadn't gotten that badge, though. Now that would've been entertaining to watch.

At his question, she shrugged her shoulders. "They must be. Or we'll be here looking at the sky for nothing." Her eyes found the blue sky once more and she squinted as she saw a gleam. Oh. Were they coming by plane? That sounded terribly American, to be honest. And that humming kept growing louder. Was that an engine? It kind of sounded like one, very, very far away. Except it was growing louder now and Daisy tried to shield her eyes with her right hand, as if somehow that was going to give her the ability to see things that were far away perfectly. Even, though, there was some honking and the little red dot stopped being a dot and became -- "Is that a Beetle?!" She loudly asked, unable to keep the surprise out of her voice. Unexpected, for sure.

She turned around as the car drove over them, dragging Levi along with her, and watched curiously. She was trying not to laugh, she really was, but her right hand was suddenly in front of her mouth and her shoulders were shaking from the effort of trying to hold the laughter in. Laughing at guests would definitely be impolite and would probably lose her some points, but honestly. A Volkswagen Beetle. The Slytherin squeezed her left hand once more and turned slightly sideways, trying to hide behind Levi's shoulder. But when the trunk opened she chanced a glance towards the red car and at the sight of people exiting the trunk -- well, maybe that gigglesnort hadn't been that audible.
