"You're right, of course," he allowed after a moment, but then said, "But I'd rather save potential detention time for whenever I do manage to break into the restricted section," He sounded perfectly reasonable because he thought it was important to have goals.

And he figured that if he ever did manage to do it he'd probably get caught, eventually. If he was going to get detention, Levi felt it was his duty to at least make sure it was over something important.

Proving people wrong, being consciously and happily contrary, teaching the professors that there was no point on having a library if you were just going to keep students from accessing every single part of it.

The usual stuff, of course.

His pocket watch vibrated in his hand, a hum coming out of it and Levi tapped it twice to silence it. "It's done."
