Mason raised an eyebrow at Jessa before shaking his head with a small laugh. "Thanks" he said to both her and Cassie. "I wanted a head start because i know myself and procrastinate till the last moment and stress out. I want a stress free exam year this time" cause o.w.ls had been a nightmare.

He turned to look at the Gryffindor table to see why Dora had fled. But he honestly saw no reason at the moment. Should he ask if something had happened? Or was he intruding because she hadn't shared anything yet? Or was that what girls did? Stay silent about it and expect someone else to notice? That was ridiculous... No, he'd ask only if she started besides, he was in no mood for drama.

Speaking of drama, Mason pushed himself upright and dramatically rolled his eyes when Dora mentioned to Sam he was 'starving and dying' "Don't exaggerate, Dora. I am neither starving nor dying. Though i do wished the Headmistress would hurry up..." he said before he turned to Sam. "Hey, had a good summer?"

When the Gryffindor finally found her bag of crisps he first didn't want to grab some to show that he was not THAT hungry as she let it out to be. But then his stomach betraye----wait, had it been his stomach? Mason turned and saw a small Ravenclaw (Lorelei), probably a first year, drumming her fingers on the table next to him. He was positive that it had been her growling stomach and not his so when Dora passed down the bag of crisps to him he took some for himself and then handed the bag to the girl. "Want some?" Dora wouldn't mind right? He'd fight her if she did. and probably lose like last time
