Once he finished all his end of the year clerical duties at the university and cleaned out his office. He apparated to a spot in Diagon Alley he hoped would be less crowded. He didn't want to appear on top of someone already standing there! And luckily he hadn't, but now it was time to find Zach.
He knew the general location of where they were meant to meet and he started that way. It wasn't long before he spotted him in the crowd, and Ansley waved as he headed over. "Hey!" he grinned. "So what are we doing today?"
While he waited for Ansley, Zach couldn't help but feel caught up in the rush of students and parents as they rushed around getting things done for the upcoming school year. It also made him feel happy; that his life was finally together again. It was a great feeling! He brushed strands of his hair out of his eyes. It was kind of windy but he could deal with it.
There Ansley was! Zach's face lit up. "Hi. Actually, I figured that we could decide that together. Is that okay?'' He smiled somewhat shyly, hoping a planned day hadn't been expected. Yes, sure he and gotten accustomed to Ansley but his shyness still surfaced at times. "Busy day so far?'' he asked curiously and genuinely interest in knowing. |
