He had a feeling that if he sat at the front of the train, the trolley would come from the back, if he sat at the back, the trolley lady would start from the front and if he sat in the middle, it would take just as long if the food trolley came from either direction. SO. Being proactive was his only choice. And there he was.
"Hello." He greeted the lady and the girl already at the trolley. "You were quicker than me!" Matt said with a half-grin. She should totally take that as a compliment. He wasn't that fussed anyway; one person in front of him wasn't so bad. It was always worse when he had to wait in a massive queue. Rula was still taking time to debate her options when another voice greeted her. She grinned. "I guess I was." Either that, or everyone else was slow getting to the trolley today. "Not sure how quick I'll be deciding what to get though. Do you already know what you want?" If so, she might just let him cut in front of her, so he wouldn't have to wait on her. Or maybe she just go with a few sugar quills and pumpkin pasties? Might be the simpler thing to do.
