Benny absently took Adi’s hand in his as the other man bounced as if afraid the hippogriff was going to take off of the ground all of a sudden in his excitement. He certainly had picked a great activity for his other half’s birthday. Pleased as punch he was. “Good,” the dragon said once Adi proved agreeable to continue on with their day. “I’m not saying this won’t be your favorite,” Benny assured him, “or doubt how much you like it. I just want you to have options.” And it wasn’t like they couldn’t magically or muggle-wise change it in the long run anyway. They were picking the foundation of their future homestead.
“Two others…” he confirmed, offering a soft smile and a nod at the question posed to him. “That was the intention and plan…as long as the birthday boy was happy.” After all, it was technically his day. And then the smirk on Adi’s face happened and Benny was absolutely certain he remembered what the mention of the barn referred to. Cue a subtle hint of color on the dragon’s cheeks before covering it up with a chuckle. “Of course we do” he said in agreement. “Whenever you are ready, I’ll move us on.” His hand still in Adi’s as he readjusted the bag on his opposite shoulder.
