Right before his eyes landed on Katerina The blonde who had caused his sister to spend nights crying in his arms merely got a curt nod.. Not cool.. Not. Cool.

He turned back to Juno and squeezed her hand.. "It'll be okay Quicksilver.. I promise.. "

Juno heard him coming before she saw him, or felt his hand hold hers. "Hey." She said with a small smile, and a hand squeeze. She could see he was pretty sad today too. Next year would never be the same without him. She almost wanted to leave this place behind and go with him, but she couldn't leave Esme, and she needed the NEWTs in order to get into the YATI program.

She knew he understood, because they had the same career goals. It just...it was really breaking her heart to think that he wouldn't be walking down these halls with her next year. Why couldn't they have met last year? Why couldn't he have been a year younger or her a year older?

Juno gave him a sad smile. "I know, Cap...It's just going to be so hard without you." Her eyes burned a little as she held back tears. This guy had brought out her emotional side, which was an incredible feat. Juno never cried. Even when she was little and skinned her knees after falling off of a broom for the first time. She always picked herself back up...but she didn't know how to pick herself back up from this.
