Mrs. Alex Turner *asterisks user* Secret Door The crowd around them and the polter!monsters was growing fast and it now included two Professors, so Daisy was pretty sure that they were capable of dealing with this. Which is why, when Levi hooked his arm on hers, she smiled gratefully at him and started tugging him away. Until he spoke, anyway. Her eyebrows knit together and the smile disappeared from her face. "I hate you." It wasn't really true, not at all, but she felt like she needed a bit of drama to get the point across. Besides, how much could she honestly hate him? She was still trying her hardest to share a shield with him.
Anyway, Professor Newton was now trying to reason with them and Daisy could felt her faith on the Hogwarts' faculty diminishing with every word she spoke. It wasn't that she didn't believe in the fairness of Newton's words, she just didn't believe the poltergeists would care one bit. Which is why she nodded alongside Levi at his suggestion. "Also, tell them that if we're all eaten or running away from a monster, no one would have the time to watch his pranks." She shrugged at the History of Magic professor. Vanity was a real thing.
Tenacius, though. She rolled her eyes good-heartedly at him. Maybe Matt wasn't the most Gryffindor of all Gryffindors, actually. As soon as they were all done here, she'd be taking him back to the Hospital Wing. Maybe Levi would help, actually. And although his words about angry polter!demons were right, his plan made her mumble some very bad words under her breath. "That is the stupidest thing I've ever heard!" She whispered to the boy, leaning forward and trying to get a good look at him. He was supposed to be in bed, not racing a polter!psycho. Or two of them, actually. She hung her head for a second before looking back up at the Gryffindors. The house colours on their robes clearly were getting to her. "But I can help, too, if we go with that. Get the broomstick out and all of that." Not that she wanted to, but since no one was willing to go away. It wasn't like she could leave them there. |
