The need to add more clarification arose within Althea but she quieted it down. There was really no need to implicate Noelle any further than she already had. It was one thing to make a spirit angry--it was an entirely different thing to make an ancient god upset. She shuddered to think what would happen if she'd gotten found out for talking too much. It was for that sole reason that Althea shot Amias a look that read Don't snitch or I'll squish you before you can report anything. There. "Yeah, I'm not too sure how it works but," Amias was pretty tight-lipped about the details of the situation and their relationship, actually "I know that for some reason he's stuck it out with me, so we'll see, I guess." Actually, she hoped that this was all just a very, very bad dream.
Despite how Amias felt about Althea, she'd definitely grown used to using him for various things. So it was for a fact a correct statement when she'd said that most of the student population was not attractive. "You want to check my eyesight? Ha!" Noelle had a lot of jokes today. "No, no, no, friend, you're the one in need of an eye exam." A playful smile fell onto her lips before she burst out into laughter. Cheeks flushed--she was slightly winded from laughing so hard--Althea tried her best to regain whatever composure she had left.
The sandwich was a great way to refuel--so many calories were burnt (probably) from laughing so much--and she'd been distractedly eating before she'd realized that Noelle had asked her a question. "Hmm? Oh, yes," her lips tugged upward to form another smile, "I do it for Levi and Declan all the time--they won't ever think to bring food with them whenever they're out, so it's always up to me to provide it for them." It was no big deal, really. Especially since Noelle was already in the same dorm as her brother, it wouldn't require any extra effort on her part. She also wouldn't mind hanging out with Noelle, it would be a refreshing break from all of the uninteresting people around school. Plus, maybe her brothers would stop bothering her all the time if she had someone else to be around.
"You fancy yourself an artist, then?" She contemplated very briefly, as she finished off the remains of her sandwich, and grinned. "Of course you can. My ego wouldn't have it any other way."
