This was never going to truly end was it? She kept her eyes on the floor. She had to be bringing blood towards the surface of her cheek for the amount she was chewing on it. She wasn't even looking at the headmistress anymore. She was just there. Her mind just focusing on the spot on the floor and trying to not have any outburst in here. How made would Joe be if he knew what was going on? She wasn't even sure she knew the answer.
"They were out of line and rude." There was that was she was waiting for? She knew they were, but she didn't care at that moment either. She felt the librarian deserved it and wasn't sorry for saying it. It wasn't like she had much of a good adult role model before coming to live with Joe and here to Hogwarts, but she had managed to learn how to act and be, but she also learned to speak her mind too. She had felt very disrespected that day as well and didn't feel it was right that an adult was allowed to be that way when she could not.
So now she just sat quiet again and wished for the detention to be over. She had her badge wasn't that enough?
