Juno entered Professor Newton's office. The professor told her to go straight in and she would follow shortly after. It was always interesting to see the inside of a professors office. It was like getting a glimpse of who they really were outside of their jobs.
Juno's eye automatically went to the bookcases behind the professor's desk. They covered the entire wall. "Whoa." How had she not noticed that when she visited the professor before? Juno snuck back there, moving the desk chair out of her way. She loved to read, but she was sure most of the professor's books where about history. Not her best subject but Professor Newton made it really fun!
Juno gently ran her hands over the brittle spines, wondering what secrets they held.
