She couldn't help but look at him curiously. He was a curious one. His hesitation had her very interested in what the entire story was, but it was probably rude to ask. Though his next words make her have to ask. "Teach you something?" What could a spider really be teaching someone? She thought about this quietly for a few moments. Did somehow she talk? Could he speak spider? That would be an interesting thought, but hey people had been able to speak to snakes.
Yeah, she understood he couldn't just keep her in a box, but still. This was a pet that shouldn't be here. Nat wasn't sure if it really matters all that much, though. It was just a spider, how bad could it be.
...and there it was. She was now going to be a cricket hunting duty, wasn't she? She looked at him for a moment and then at the grass. "So do we get on our hands and knees to find them or...?
