An anxious looking Sam appeared by the entrance to the Ravenclaw Common Room, wand in her hand. A quick glance to her watch confirmed that Dora was at least five minutes later than she should have been, and since Olly hadn't arrived either, she was worried.

Had the Gryffindor just been held up? Or had something worse happened?

She didn't want to think about it, and instead ventured further into the corridor. She hadn't actually thought she might need to raise the alarm, and now the possibility had arisen, she was wondering who best to go to. The Headmistress was way too far to be ideal, especially with the moving staircases, and if the much nearer Divination Professor had any incense burning, she'd end up sneezing rather than explaining the situation. Astronomy perhaps then?

She'd go past the Fat Lady first though. Best check she wasn't going to be raising a false alarm, and that Dora hadn't been caught up in the Common Room by a firstie needing help with their homework or similar.
