With a grin, he walked over to where she stood and gave her a quick inspection from head to foot. Yes. She too, was back. "Good morning, Miss Kettleburn. I see that I must live up to the end of my bargain," he said tucking his hands in front of him and looked over his shoulder eyeing a closed door a few steps away. "A few reminders, though, before I let you in." And attack the boys, "I know you're excited to see them, but I must ask you to remain calm. No shouting or sudden movements...considering that they are still in a bit of shock." There was no use explaining medical terms to a child, so instead of telling her things, River opened a random bedside table and got the phials he needed. "Follow me." he said turning his back once more and headed for the door.


As they neared the door, River stopped as he held on to the doorknob. "Wait here, Miss Kettleburn. I should tell them that they have a visitor. Best that it's announced." Again, they must take things slowly given the boys' vulnerability.
