The thought was enough to make him laugh (which he would doubtlessly feel bad about, later) so by the time he snuck back into his dormitory, there was for sure a bounce to his step.
He went straight for his bed and began to methodically shrug out of his school robes to shrug into his pajamas as he examined his mess. Though, in his head, the post it notes spread all over his trunk, headboard, footboard and even the lower side of his bed were a clear, organized schedule of his revision sessions. He frowned, noting that there seemed to be a strange space in between leisure reading (Muggle Botanics!) and having dinner (accompanied by reviewing the day's notes!).
The boy's head titled to one side. "Hey, Blaise," he called, fully expecting his roommate to be there even though Levi himself had not been until just "Do you remember if I'm supposed to do something after reading on Muggle Herbology but before dinner?" Levi got down in all fours and began inspecting under his bed for a misplaced post it. Blaise was in fact in bed, on one of the rare nights he decided not to actively fight this curfew business. It was a major pain in the butt to be sure but with so much homework due the next day and a Common Room full of rowdy Gryffindors, an early evening in the dorm hadn't seemed like such a bad idea.
Now finished, he'd taken the time to review some of the things his quill had taken down throughout the day. It was always interesting to see the way it twisted a situation. Far better than the dull reality the school had slipped into. The boy was just about through the lunch conversations his quick quotes had taken down when the prodigal roommate returned. Had he noticed Levi's absence? In truth, not really, but that was a direct result of how engrossed he was in his reading. With him back, the boy now had questions but apparently so did he. "My quill might have taken it down." Considering it took down just about everything said in the dorms and elsewhere. Blaise nodded toward the boy, gesturing his enchanted notebook over for him to have a look. Chances were, he'd sooner find the entry than whatever he was looking for under his bed. "Three pages back, maybe." It'd been a long, interesting day. "Where've you been?" Another notepad lifted as he gestured to it and his quill was set to work. Someone having a look through your book was no reason to stop documenting.
