Simon was absently watching the room, noting the team of Cambridge and Hollingberry already paired up with interest. The latter still made him think mildly of the man's sister who had always been like a little sister to him as well when they were both in school. And Alex---Lex he corrected, had come a ways from her times as a YATI. And the established banter between the pair spoke of mutual respect and acknowledgement of each other. Always good in a department that often needed others to watch their backs on missions and tasks.

But then someone approached him and the security head was greeted by one of the new members of the department. "Hello..." he greeted back as he straightened up from his spot on the wall. "Sure," Simon added with a nod, "I can be your partner." And she needn't worry about her being too hard as an experienced member of the Level nor take it too easy on her either.
