So no problem.
A few people had already arrived and appeared to have a partner. Except for one of the newbie YATIs. Maybe she was just waiting on someone, BUT Penelope was gonna ask anyway. "Hey. Got a partner for this yet?" Prepared for anything, yet as she’d continued waiting, Bryony had started to wonder if there weren’t going to be any others joining the training session. Of course, the worst case scenario would have been having to ask if she could just join one of the other pairings that were standing there ready. She could still learn that way, and she still could have gotten practice. Either way, she wasn’t abandoning her plan. She had to keep up her dueling skills, considering she didn’t have Keegan to duel with here. It meant she wasn’t half as knowledgeable about what to expect, and she was looking forward to the challenge.
Idly inspecting her wand to make sure it was intact, she’d glanced up at the sound of footsteps and given the auror a smile. “As a matter of fact, I didn’t,” she replied. Dueling with an actual auror would definitely be good practice, so she wasn’t about to decline the chance.
