Simon turned around expecting to see another student, but it was a Professor and what was confusing him was he wasn't getting told off but the professor was clapping,

Simon stopped the water spell as he realised that the Professor was now starting to get a bit wet as when he turned around, he hadn't stopped the spell.

"I'M SINGING IN THE RAIN, JUST SINGING IN THE RAIN, WHAT A GLORIOUS FEELING, I'M HAPPY AGAIN!" Simon smiled, okay so it wasn't technically him that was wet but hopefully the Professor wouldn't be too cross after all it had been an accident.
