Mrs. Alex Turner *asterisks user* Secret Door Research? Daisy looked at the Professor, thinking that she really must have heard it wrong. No offence but was there any point in them attending classes if then they had to do research on the subject? Look, it would be much simpler if Salvatore just regurgitated information and she took notes.
OR if they got to use those telescopes or something. Daisy assumed that that was still to come. After all, they could do research during the day, right? Anyway, they were definitely researching the phases of the moon. FUN!
Meh.
One elbow resting on the desk, the Slytherin lazily turned the pages on her textbook until she found what she was looking for. Lunar phase. Eh. Maybe she should have taken the offer for tea. Even if she had gotten poisoned, at least she wouldn't be here anymore. Still, the moon was pretty enough and it couldn't hurt to know more about it; she just didn't understand why they had to research it in class. Nevertheless, the girl read on, self-inking quill on her hand, ready to take any notes. Quote:
-Phases of the Moon: part of the moon that is visible from Earth because it gets sunlight;
-The lunar phases change cyclically depending to the positions of the Moon/Sun re: the Earth;
-Phases: New Moon, Waxing Crescent, First Quarter, Waxing gibbous; Full Moon; Waning gibbous; Third Quarter; Waning crescent;
-We always see the same face of the Moon because gravity and stuff;
