Rooney knew that Minnie was close friends with Aslan and so he was going to probe at the Gryffindor girl about his ex girlfriend when his entire life changed. Not before his eyes. Not in a dream. But actually changed as he lived it. Only a confused squeak had left the Ravenclaw as he was taken into the portal and he was still as stumped right now as he had been then. Perhaps he'd lost a few brain cells in the translation. Was that what this was? He didn't know. What he did know was he was face down on the ground and as he pushed up off the floor he could identify familiar voices.
