Bear looked up quickly at the voice, surprised, but then relaxed on seeing it was someone agreeing with him about the horrid shirt. He laughed lightly. "Not so much," he answered. "I don't much like the idea of being a slave to my job, but that's the message this seems to send, doesn't it?" After thinking for a brief moment, he continued, "Was I really being that transparent?" with a grin. Either that or he'd just met a legilimens.

"Oh. And I'm Bea-- Theodore," he corrected himself quickly and extended a hand, but he couldn't help the slight wrinkle in his nose at using his formal name. He never went by Theodore. Not even his own mother called him that. It had always been Bear, ever since he was a baby. BUT this was a professional setting, and he figured a childhood nickname wasn't very professional. Being young as he was, he wanted people to respect him, and an evolution of the nickname "Teddy" didn't seem conducive to that.

Still. Theodore. Yuck.
