So he had made it through his first full year at the ministry. Erec was thrilled to be back. He honestly hated the time off. Being single was a downfall during this and now that he felt his daughter hated him for sure, he spent the Holiday pretty much alone. He visited family a bit, but that really wasn't the ones he wanted to spend his time with. The department head had been looking forward to this event and felt pretty pathetic in his own thoughts. Though he had fun doing some events for charity. He hoped to go on that date soon now that he thought about it.
After he checked in the French man made his way quickly to the food. He was starving and knew they'd have a great spread. Not being disappointed he grabbed a plate and started to fill it with everything he could see. He'd be polite and act as if he was really looking and being picky, but he wasn't. He just wanted to eat.
