She hadn't filled out any papers since this wasn't t he reason she was here. She was just there to escort and wait. Now was the waiting. Was this everyone? She felt maybe one or two were missing. Did they go back to their dorms? She hoped Noelle was finding them and bringing them here since the Headmistress herself said to come.
Her biggest concern was the first year in the room. He had to have such a traumatic experience being his first time at Hogwarts, "You alright Carlton?" That was her first priority, but the other two she was concerned with as well. She hadn't been able to recheck her prefect buddy Ace when the healer came into the room looking a little winded.
Oh he hadn't been here, well that was unfortunate for him.
"Sir, the portal is being taken care of by the headmistress and two professors. It's an odd thing really. I wasn't in there myself so they can explain it better, but I had gone to get a professor and was asked to escort the ones who were in there here."
