Although it was one of his favorite classes he scrambled up all his stuff and switched seats to go sit by her. He put all his things, neatly on the desk next to her and dragged his chair so it was riiight next to Liv's. If she didn't raise her head soon, he was prepared with his quill to take notes for her.
"You can sleep if you want to," He whispered, glancing at professor Stewart to make sure she wouldn't overhear him. "I'll cover for you."

Liv hadn't planned to be joined... but... at least the person who had was being considerate. See, loud noises were still a bit much for her brain to wade through..... But she still did her best to offer up a convincing smile. It wasn't Cassie's fault that she was a mess right now. "Hey."...
.... And Cassie wouldn't be the last to do so.
Dragging her head up off the desk, Liv caught sight of her Carlton, being especially precious and ugh. He warmed her heart. This Gryffindor was so very grateful to have him. What was he saying...? She slowly resettled her head down on the desk. "Hey, you." The smile was a touch more genuine, without her having to try too hard.... BUT INTRODUCTIONS, because there was a Ravenclaw sitting with them... "Carlton... This is my friend, Cassie." She didn't plan on anyone feeling left out if they were all going to be sitting together today. Olivia wasn't rude.
Leaning over, she snugged him.
