History of Magic was probably her second favorite subject at Hogwarts, the first being Muggle Studies. In a way, the two subjects were linked kind of like how Ancient Runes and Divination were linked - Wizarding history directly impacted Muggle history and vice versa. Besides, the subject was interesting all on its own.
