Olivia nodded, taking a seat on the bed. She would try to get as comfortable as possible. She noted what Healer Reed had said about the chair which made her raise an eyebrow. Not the most comfortable? Was there a reason for that? Perhaps to keep students away from sleeping in the Hospital Wing? Heh. Keep the visitors at bay. She smirked at her thought and decided to remain silent as Healer Reed had refocused on her. She noted the dropper that he had in his hand next to the solution. She jokingly gasped at his statement. "You think I would take up the offer? Why?" she asked with raised eyebrows. Was it because she was a Gryffindor? Teehee.

The Gryffindor became silent again as Healer Reed went on to answer her question. She tensed a little as he dipped the dropper into the small bottle, extracting some of the liquid into it. Thank Merlin it wasn't a needle. Huh. Organic beings turn to nature for healing. That made perfect sense.

Ah. It was a salt solution. There was no need to ask that question. "Why a salt solution?" she asked before she felt him tilt her head. Suddenly the leech wiggled a little (which was uncomfortable) and she soon felt Healer Reed's hand on the back of her head. Ehh. It stung a little. Huh. Murtlap essence? What was that? She blinked, wishing that she had brought a notebook with her right now so that she could figure out what that was. "Murtlap? Healer Reed, I ought to have brought a notebook with me so I could write all of this down."

And then Healer Reed presented the leech to her. Eugh. That was gross but also kind of cool at the same time. It was quite round and filled up on her blood. Olivia shuddered. "It must have been very hungry," she said with a nod and then pointed to her left shoulder. "It's the left shoulder. Thank goodness it wasn't on the right. I think that would hurt a lot more with how sore my arm already is." She tried to smile at Healer Reed, making light of the situation. She probably looked absolutely ridiculous. Thank Merlin no one was here to see it.
