Gaston had been in his office trying to grade some assignments, but his black and white Persian cat, Phantom, just wouldn't leave him alone. She kept jumping up on his desk and batting at his quill - either that or biting his hand. There as nobody else in the corridor as they walked... or so Gaston first thought. He heard a strange jingling noise, and his eyes darted in the direction of the sound to see a small ball rolling by. Phantom pounced, but another cat - this one a Bengal - got to it first. Whose cat was this?
Phantom just sort of stared at the other cat for a minute, as if she didn't know what ot make of him; meanwhile Gaston looked up and saw the transfiuration professor a little farther down the hall. "Hello, Cami," he greeted, waving to the woman. "Is he yours?" His gaze dropped to the cat batting the ball around in front of him.
"You're supposed to bring it back, you silly cat," Camilla laughed softly shaking her head. Of course, Bonsai didn't bring the toy back but instead continued to bat it around.
The presence of another much fluffier cat stopped Bonsai mid-swipe and the small colored plastic ball with the bell inside rolled passed him towards Phantom. The Bengal remained in a crouched down position, tail sweeping back and forth happily as he took in the other cat.
As she drew closer to her cat she could see someone there with him as well as another cat.
"Oh, Gaston! Hello there," she greeted warmly giving a friendly wave back.
"He is, yes. His names Bonsai. I hope he didn't startle you at all I didn't know anyone else was around." It had been so quiet. Cami took in the beautiful cat just standing there as if confused on what to do and she smiled.
"Is this one here yours?"
