She nodded slowly, "Yeah, everything is all right. My grandparents are staying in Boston for awhile just until she's fully released.. and then they'll go back to France... Oh! Also my step dad is back! Turns out he was lost in some magical forest, but he's back and now he's with my mom..

She's so much happier.. I think she's going to be just fine. " Azura almost had tears in her eyes, she had missed Luke so much and so had her mother.

"How are you? How is your family? " Az asked as she looked at him, she had gotten to know his family a bit when she had been in Japan. "And your Uncle is the Healer? " How had that happened?

Jace grinned sheepishly, and subconsciously scratched the back of his ear after cleaning up his mess. Azura is still a Ravenclaw, he knew she’d understand but then again he felt like he was disrespecting her for some reason. Like...how was he not informed that she was back? Had he been so busy that he didn’t have the time to mirror her? Or even give her a note?

“That’s good to hear! I mean...finally, things are falling into place for you.” Jace smiled at Azura, secretly thanking the heavens that good things are finally happening to her family. At least one of his wishes during his temple visit in Japan was granted. Hopefully, better things will come her way.

Jace watched Azura drink her tea, and the Ravenclaw bowed his head a little, ashamed of himself. “Azura...I’m sorry if I have failed to owl you...or give you a mirror call?” Jace could feel his cheeks turn pink. “I just...have to work better this term. I mean...I have to prove to my parents that Hogwarts is the school for me.” Jace shifted in his seat and finally looked at his best friend. “They wanted me to go back to Mahoutokoro after what happened last term.” He paused and then pointed to his head which suffered a nasty injury. “I want to finish my studies here. I want to show my parents that I can get through Hogwarts because I am a Reed. A Ravenclaw Reed.” There was determination in Jace’s voice, akin to what he might look like when he’s in a spar with a fellow Kendoka.

Jace sighed and sat back when Azura mentioned his uncle. “I’m sorry about that too. I know, my note was a hurried one...simply because I panicked.” The Ravenclaw reached out for the back of his head and held on to his hair. “Yes, he’s...the School Healer now.” Jace looked pensive for a moment, and then shook his head. “I’m happy that he’s here...but it feels weird most of the time because I feel like...he’s watching my every move. I mean...” he trailed off as he gestured to his books. “He kicked me out of the Library, and forced me to do this...Hogsmeade thing. Said I could use a breather...” Jace shrugged, and took a sip of his tea.
