Huh.. That...was a good question, actually... Rooney hadn't thought about it before now and was only now considering the logistics of it. His thoughts were going into overdrive and he was considering all of the runes he had a knowledge of. But Rooney was struggling to come to a finite answer as quickly as some of his peers. He definitely agreed with what Miss Charlotte said, nodding as she spoke but still trying to think of his own answer.

He had nothing to offer because honestly, it was a big decision. What if he said something now and then one day got something completely different and someone remembered what he had said right now.
