Given time of the scheduled Arithmacy lesson, Cassie made her way down to the 2nd floor, her bag of school supplies slung over her shoulder. She was ready for another year of the subject but not ready for the change in décor that greeted her in the room as she entered it. Woah…that was a change. Not a bad or unwelcome change…but a change from the usual layout of the Arithmacy classroom.Not to mention she appeared to be the first one there. Not a common occurrence at all.
Regaining herself, she moved to the circle of pillows, choosing on to the right of the seated professor as her own for the duration of the lesson. “Good morning, Professor,” she greeted with a polite smile as she sat down, her bag laid beside her and the available lap desk. Her nose finally catching the scent that was waifing from the bowls and candles. "Smells pretty."
