And like any good, dramatic idiot Zoryn Spinnet knew how to dramatically fall onto a mattress. Something she did quite regularly after a "long" day of FUN and EXCITEMENT, and something she did just now in the middle of the common room. Was she in the way? Yes, very much so.

Abey was no idiot. Except he sort of thought that maybe he was. Except at the same time he wasn't, because he KNEW a ruckus when he could hear one, and that meant he was sort of smart actually.

Anyways, he had certainly heard the commotion happening nearby, on account of the fact that their dormitory door had been propped open (and so was the window, because there had been a strange smell in the dormitory, which Abey reckoned was due to Théo having too many beans at breakfast) (or maybe it was Abey) (it was hard to know for sure). ANYWAYS, the point was, he had HEARD the RUCKUS, and - after it had been going on for some time - he had finally gone out to the stairwell (where he had found nothing basically actually), and then to the common room to investigate.

Which is where he saw............

"Oh."

THAT was a Gryffindor. On a mattress. In a room that wasn't intended for mattresses. Which actually made it all the more exciting actually.

"Are we having a sleepover?" Meaning that clearly they were, but could Abey be invited too?

Would it be very inappropriate to dramatically flop onto the mattress as well?

Abey was sure, but also actually he wasn't even considering the matter, and he had already done exactly that.
