With a deep breath, she calmed her mind (as best as she could because she always had what felt to be a million and one things running through her mind) and spoke with the correct movement, "Protego!"

Now she needed to find a partner. Her eyes landed on Dora, the girl that she had spoken to on the train. "Hey Dora! Want to partner up?" she asked, grinning and waving at her fellow housemate. This would be fun!

"Protego! FIANTO DURI! " she said loudly and clearly as she squinted to see if the shield appeared. Hmmm. Could someone throw something at her?

And that is when she heard Olivia! Letting her Protego shield drop, she turned to smile at the younger girl. "Hey! Sure we can work together! Hey... do you know how to conjure birds or butterflies? " If not, then paper balls it was.

Hehe.
